How to make a custom order

DESIGN PROCESS

 

Step 1

Select the first product you’d like to add to your themed order. You can view the full collection under the custom products page on the main page  


Step 2

Click the “Upload Your Design Ideas Here” button and upload up to 5 files. These can include colour themes, photos, graphics, or mood boards.

If you are ordering more than one product from The Custom Collection, you only need to upload your files once — we will apply your design across all selected products.


Step 3

Once your files are uploaded, two text boxes will appear. Here you can add any additional details like  text or numbers, such as the event name or age if required  


Step 4

Add the product to your cart.


Step 5

Add the Custom Design Fee (£30) to your cart. This is a one-time fee and does not need to be added again if ordering multiple products from The Bespoke Collection.

Please note: we cannot begin your order until this fee has been received, so ensure it is included in your final basket before chec


Step 6

Our designers will review your order and email you a design proof within 5 working days of receiving your order. You’ll then have the opportunity to request one small amendment if needed.


Step 7

Once the design is approved, your order will go to print and be dispatched within 5–7 working days.
